Die Hard (1988)

Reviewer: John
Lead: Bruce Willis
Director: John McTiernan
Stars: Bruce Willis, Bonnie Bedelia and Alan Rickman

Alright, for me this film is one of my favorites. At the time Actions to Bruce Willis was unfamiliar territory, his career began in television in the 1980s and has continued both in television and film since, including comedic and dramatic roles. Bruce Willis plays the New York cop 'John McClane' quite well.
The story is understandable and works and gives John his aggressive edge, John and his wife Holly Gennaro McClane are in love and hate, but manage to hold there love in a formidable way.
The movie takes place in a very large building owned by a rich japenese man, a group of terrorists take it over and hold the entire building hostage, luckily John escapes up a flight of stairs, he calls for help and get's confronted by over 12 armed foriengers.
The story takes leaps and bound, twists and turns but always stays loyal to the inane setting.
One of my favourite shooters/thriller action films.

John: 8.9/10
